For some reason, Finn is the only one who can see her ghost. She shatters light bulbs and terrorizes him like a poltergeist, making it clear she wants the family to leave.
 

Finn meets a group of local kids—Cricket, Isa, Sully, and Lewis—who know the unlucky history of his house. They work
together to solve the mystery that involves the angry spirit, a graveyard, and a baby crane who seems to communicate
with Finn. 

 

In the end, Finn isn’t the only one who realizes that there’s a unique opportunity to make new friends. . . .
